First of all, a historic building, present in Morcote since 1400, where several generations have followed one another.

Love was the common thread for the conservation of the building:

the last descendant continues to take care of it and has carried out a conservative renovation, respecting the previous architectural canons but giving a touch of modernity.

We care about the local tradition and we can't wait to make you participate in what we call "Sin House".

Note: all our rooms can be booked through the AirBnB platform.

The rooms are equipped with beds (listed in the appropriate cards) and the main services.

The kitchen is equipped with basic dishes and all rooms have the possibility of Wi-Fi connection.
