The birth of SINfour

Maurizio lives in a magnificent house facing the lake, where the peace and beauty of the landscape lead him to various considerations.

The building, which had always made him feel at home, is in need of a renovation.

Thus begins a process of modernization of the complex, which leads it to make the environments suitable for our current needs.

Maurizio transforms the property that belonged to his family into different residential units and tries - succeeding - in maintaining the peculiarity and value preserved over time.

Thus Palazzo Gritti was born.

Maurizio feels he can do more, he feels he can create other spaces that can make his building even more welcoming and special than it has ever been. He decides to create a green space, completely isolated from the rest of the country, which can make people feel that they enter it in harmony and peace.
